Our hiring process

Phone Interview
15 minutes
In a short phone call, you will get the initial insights about ZenML, how we work and also give you the chances to ask some questions. We want to get to know you and get a feeling for you as a person.

Challenge
2 -5 hours (depending on the position)
We don’t like whiteboard interviews and weekend-filling coding challenges. All our challenges willl be based either directly on the role you’ve applied for, or very similar, so that you can get a glimpse of what you will be doing on the job.

Onsite interview
1.5 - 2 hours
Your chance to get to know us better. We want to know your superpowers, your unique skills and talk about the challenge that you just completed.

Meet the team
30 - 60 minutes
